Putzmeister announces new CEO

The Supervisory Board of Putzmeister announced that Martin Kn?tgen will take up the chairmanship of the Executive Board on a provisional basis, and will assume the role of CEO of Putzmeister Holding. He will perform the new role in addition to his role as CEO for Sany Europe.

German concrete pump maker Putzmeister Holding will go into the hands of Chinese firm Sany Heavy Industry as the latter will buy 100 percent stake in the former in partnership with the fellow national private equity company CITIC PE Advisors.
